If you are dissatisfied with a book you have purchased, you may return it for full credit. McFarland asks that the book be returned in new condition, within six months of the invoice date, and that the invoice number be provided. Credit will not be issued for returned books not meeting these criteria. In the event that you have received a book that is defective or damaged, or an item that has been shipped erroneously, please report these circumstances within 30 days of delivery.
