Author Aids & Instructional Brochures
McFarland has
prepared for its authors several brochures which address common

Author Information Questionnaire
Once you have signed and returned your contract, an author
information questionnaire will automatically be mailed to you.
(You might hear us refer to it from time to time as a "Form 10.")
If you require a replacement copy of your questionnaire, it is
available for download here in a PDF file format.
